DFJ plain bag making machine i which can cut and seal such plastic film as PE ,PP in high speed

 

 

USE: 

It is suitable for continuously automatically cutting HDPE, LDPE or PP flat pocket, also applied to the cross cutting for coiling block material such as hot shrinkable film brand and paper brand.

This machine can be connected with a automatic punching machine to be a ful-line of automatic vest bag making machine.

FEATURES: 

1.The cutting knife adopts spring minitrim installation,which make it easy for adjusting clearance between the above and the below cutter knife while manufactrue products with various thickness.
2. The seal cutter knife may be adjusted conveniently and be wholly overturn by 180 degree,which make it convenient for cleaning and replacing adhesive plaster.
3.Adopt digitize electric,matched with high-precise and high quality mechanical parts,fix length at will,so as to reach the purpose of high speed,saving energy and durability.
4.Synchronous seal and cold cut,no pull feeding,firm back cover.
5.Whole alarm installation,automatically shutting down while the printing position is not correct,which reduced waster.
