General description:
This machine is special designed to make the mail bag from kraft paper with bubble linings.
It combine two layers PE coated kraft paper and two layers PE bubble film together by hot rolling wheel . Be formed under the press of the vertical heat-seal bar and the horizontal heat-seal bar, at last be cut at the fixed length to be the finished mailer.
Main machine features:
1.Main control: adopt micro-computer control, LCD display, servo motor fix the bag length. With functions: auto counting, alarm and auto stop when reach the set bag number, stop in high position, etc. No material will auto stop.
2.Infeed part: adopt active following type, control the up and down layer material feed respectively, the speed be controlled by the vector frequency inventor .
3.Material combine: adopt 2 sets electric heating rolling jumbo roll compound paper with PE bubble film strong and smooth in full surface
4.Equipped with 2 sets adhesive tape pasting device.
5.Reel unwinding part: adopt 4-station unwinding, magnetic powder tension control. EPC to control the PE bubble film.
6.Equipped with slitting blade: can make two small bags at one time.( when the sealing width <350mm)
